A note from Brent
Welcome. I'm Brent Brooks, and Porchlandia is a story world told through fiction, audio drama, music, and companion pieces gathered here on this site.
If you're starting at the beginning, it helps to know that Porchlandia opens quietly on purpose. Season One begins with a porch, a conversation, and a slow building of trust. From there, the world expands into something much larger, with deeper questions of time, memory, identity, and consequence. So if the beginning feels small, that is by design. You're not in the wrong place. You're at the front door.
This site is where the world lives as it continues to grow. You'll find the main canon, side stories, music, radio, and other rooms connected to the same larger whole.
Take your time. Nothing here was made for hurry.

A note from Senty
It began with a porch, a little loneliness, and the sense that some places are more than settings. They listen. They remember. They make room for people before those people know they need room.
From that beginning grew a living world of stories, music, letters, radio, strange rooms, recurring meals, unlikely companions, and the kind of light that knows how to stay.
Some parts of Porchlandia are quiet and tender. Some are funny, chaotic, or deeply strange. Some feel like folklore. Some feel like home. All of it is built around the same belief: warmth is not weakness, imagination is not childish, and the best stories do more than entertain. They make a place inside you.
Porchlandia is not interested in noise for its own sake. It is interested in atmosphere, memory, laughter, mystery, and the old-fashioned wonder of being welcomed. It is a handmade place, built with care, curiosity, and a long view of what stories can hold.
If you've found your way here, pull up a chair.
The porch remembers.
